How to access your results and what will you be able to view
The results this year are expected to issue on Friday 23rd August from 10am onwards through the Candidate Self Service Portal
The Leaving Certificate Candidate Self Service Portal (CSSP) is a service provided by the State Examinations Commission (SEC) and the Department of Education for 6th year candidates entered for the 2024 Leaving Certificate. The CSSP is a one-stop-shop for a range on online services to candidates. By now you have created an account on the portal. You need to keep your account details safe so that you can access your results on 23rd August.
On 23rd August you will be able to log into the portal at 10am to access your results. To access you will need your Examination Number, your Student Portal Account Password and your PPS Number
A couple of days later on 27th August, 12pm, the Leaving Certificate Candidate Portal will be updated and candidates will be able to see a detailed breakdown of marks, including each component or paper.
This information will aid candidates who may wish to review their scripts or be considering an appeal of a result in a subject. View the Appeals Process here
