re... : sna help 11/08/2014 22:33 - How Much Should I Charge or Pay ----------------------------------- The sna salary is quite good starting off, i think there is a payscale on dept website but i think its no lower than €14 per hour. I got made redundant as an SNA two years ago after working for 10 years. Things have changed a lot in the dept of education regarding sna´s & unfortunately they are letting a lot go & making the criteria for which a child gets access to one very strict. Any sna´s made redundant now have the option to join a "panel" & when any sna jobs come up the people on panel get first interviews. The new system seems to make it impossible to get hired now (when i was made redundant the panel didnt exist so Im not even getting interviews now). School hours are ideal for parents of young kids. I would love to go back. Good luck in your search :)
