I charge by the hour. Moms had holidays last week but sent her little boy to me anyway so she could get homework done etc. The little fella comes 2 and 3 days on alternating weeks.... the 2 days she sent him were only short days ..6 hours instead of the usual 8 or 9 hours. next week will be the same as shes on hols again so I ll be down pay again. Should I say something?
(Im paid 2 weeks holidays by her annually when Im on holidays)

Personally I wouldn´t..as you getting the holiday pay, which majority don´t get...also if ye calculate by the hour I feel mum right...
However if ud charge a day rate n mum cut the rate without discussion, this would need to be nipped in bud...
