Hi, have 6wk old, 3yr old, 4yr old and 8yr old. Would be great to have someone to drop 2 eldest to school and collect at midday and 2.30 and to stay with me between midday and 2:30 to give 3yr old and 4yr old snack etc and e.g. prep dinner. What should I be offering for pay do you think, thanks!
