Hi all minders be sure to speak with your new employers about holiday pay and when they have a day off and when you need time off. Alot of employers today think that when they pay into the hand that they can treat you a certain way and take away your right to pay you what you are due. I am finished a job this week and i have got stiffed by my bosses. I will never let this happen again. So beware all.
