Some companies will load your policy. Have you read or contacted childminding ireland, they offer insurance for 6 kids n membership for 155euro and have an included advertising section. Have you contacted your local childcare committee, registeration with HSE depends on number of children you childmind. Rollercoaster childminding section is a good place also for info. as for social welfare, best to ask them yourself.
