I will be returning to work in late February and was wondering if someone could give me an idea of how much I should be paying per hour to have my 4 month old minded in minders own home. I can´t give specifics as regards hours as I am currently trying to work out if I would be better off going back full or part time and the cost of childcare is going to be a huge deciding factor in that.

Best thing to do is ring/email a few childminders and discuss your hours and come to an agreement between you where you are both happy.
