Returning to work and am wondering on costs. I am looking for someone to do 3 days 7 to 2 in my home. Drop one to school and possibly pick up. Will only have older one for an hour a day. Toddler sleeps 2 hours per day. How much should I pay per day ? Should I pay any holidays or bank holidays ? Need advice please as I want to be fair!!! Any ideas where I should advertise? Thanks
