Shes lucky with 2 weeks pay too... not all chilminders get holiday pay unless prearranged and written into their contracts.

I pay my childminder 40 euros per day to mind my 4 years old little boy She has been minding him for over 3 years now but She minds him part-time as he goes to Montessori from 9am to 12am , that´s 1 hour in the morning ( from 8 to 9am )and also minds him from 12 to 6pm. His crèche is a couple of minutes walk from her house. I pay 50euros if he does not go to Montessori and when is on holidays. I don´t pay BH, sick days . We pay 2 weeks holiday a year I provide all the meals, snacks, milk, bread, wipes etc... everything really. Am I paying her enough ? thanks a millions for advising
