I´m in the same boat and find a lack of understanding, or people to share concerns with. I can´t talk to the other parents in my boys class because if I mention DCU its like I´m bragging. I´d love to talk to other parents to see what their experiences are and what problems/difficulties they experience with their gifted child. I feel like I´m living with a 9yo mini adult and sometimes just don´t know how to deal with him.
