Just wondering if during a full day of care 8am-5pm, if would be reasonable not to be paying for the 3 hours per day that a child is in preschool?

Hi, as both a childminder and a mother who had used childminders in the past, I have always paid the full day and I don’t give discount to parents, I give a discount for primary school but it would be very difficult to fill those three hours with another child so you would be down three hours wages, also childminder is usually dropping and collecting and on call in case of an emergency, hope this helps,
