Hi,

I got a call the other day from a lady looking for a childminder for her daughter and my number was passed onto her.

I would be looking after 1 infant from 4 to 11 pm at the child´s home four to five days a week. It has been left to me to come up with a rate and get back to her..... This is where I´m clueless!!

What do I charge? I don´t want to do myself out of money but I also don´t want to go back to her with an unrealistic rate either or have her overpaying !

I´m not sure if it makes a difference but I´m a qualified child are practitioner and have paediatric first aid.
