I am a primary school teacher with seven years experience in both mainstream and resource. I am currently working as a resource teacher where my work is focused on students with ASD. I have also worked in ASD units and in Saplings Special school where I used PECS and ABA style teaching.
l have worked with two different children for July provisions in the past.
I am trained in First Aid and I am familiar with Lámh.
I have a relaxed, happy style of teaching and I have seen very positive results over the years.

My sister is 33 and is mildly autistic. Currently she has a student teacher with her for the Summer term and it´s working really well. They work together for 2-3 hours in afternoon/eve time (4-6pm). She needs a little help with certain skills e.g. cooking/baking, social skills, writing, art, walking together etc. We are hoping to find someone like you who can help her progress and hopefully live independently.
