JOB LOCATION: Taipei City (Wenshan Dist)
SCHOOL TYPE: Private School
CONTRACT: 1st September 2015 - 30th June 2016, renewable
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Elementary; 21-42 students
WORK HOURS: Mon-Fri AM 7:30-PM 4:30
TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:
(a) ESL for G2 students
*The ideal candidate for the ESL position will be able to deliver elementary general subjects in English (language arts, reading, science, PE etc...depending on the teacher´s strength), collaborative-teaching involved
(b) Homeroom teacher - Bilingual Class for G4-6 students
*The ideal candidate for the homeroom teacher position will be teaching American-based textbooks, such as EFL lessons for elementary science, reading, conversation, phonics, collaborative-teaching involved. The homeroom teacher will have extra bonus of TWD 3000. There will be two days in weekday that the office hour is until 6 pm
COMPENSATION: (conditional in accordance with the school contract
- Monthly Salary TWD 62000~78000 (USD 2100-2600), depending on education and experience
- Professional Allowance Certified Teacher Bonus TWD 2000, TEFL/TESOL TWD1000
- Homeroom Teacher Allowance TWD 3000
- Annual Performance Bonus available (up to one month salary)
- Paid Vacation: Winter vacation, conditionally in accordance with the school calendar
- July & Aug unpaid vacation
- Insurance available
QUALIFICATION:
(1) Candidates from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland are preferred
(2) Licensed/Registered K-12 Teacher from home-country or
(3) Marriage ARC (JFRV)/Permanent ARC (APRC) holder
