Hello my son has a basket in school that he leaves the books not needed to take home for homework in, but to be honest makes no difference the weight of his bag is far to heavy for his age (10) and will do his back no favours in the long run. I feel its something schools need to address internally and maybe if other parents feel the same address a letter to the board of management on your concerns for your child´s physcial health.. I tend to carry my son´s bag in and thats a struggle for me even.
