Weekend classes in Blackrock/Stillorgan area 13/07/2009 09:19 - Afterschool Activities (Locality: Dublin South) ----------------------------------- Hi,
I´m looking for something to occupy my 6 year old daughter at weekends. We have recently moved to Stillorgan and as I don´t know anyone living in the area I´m not sure where to start! If somebody could recommend good dance or sport classes it would be greatly appreciated.

Most of the weekend classes have finished up for the summer but will restart in September. Dance Theatre Ireland in Dun Laoghaire provides a full range of dance classes throughout the year. They also have some summer camps which might give you the opportunity to see if your daughter likes the classes there. Stagecoach also provide singing/dancing/drama classes in Blackrock area - http://www.stagecoach.ie/
You will also see lots of leaflets in local shops etc in early september promoting local classes. If you ask in the Nimble Fingers toy shop in Stillorgan they might also give you some ideas. Hope this helps.
