I´m looking for some advice on what to pay a childminder. I´ve two young children 2yr and 8 months. It would be 8-6 four days a week.
Do I tax the childminder or is it up to her/him to declare their own wages.
I do not intend to pay Bank Holidays or Holiday until she/he has been with me for 6 months.
Any advice?
