Tutor available, Cork July Provision 24/05/2012 21:00 - Primary Tutors & July Provision (Locality: Cork) ----------------------------------- I am a Non Directive Play Therapist and have previously worked as a home tutor. I work operating a private practice in Cork City but am available during the summer months as a home tutor.
My areas of expertise are in social skills development, play skills, managing frustration, sadness and anger and including the wider family in the intervention.
I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology and English from UCC and a MA from University of York in Non Directive Play Therapy. I´ve also completed the Autism Diagnostic Screening Instrument in Trinity College, Dublin. My work experience is extensive and ranges from working with children in residential care, primary schools, homeless services and a private practice working with children with a variety of emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Please note, I am available Monday - Wednesday as my private practice is on Thursdays and Fridays.
