Hi .. we´re thinking of moving to Dublin this summer but haven´t decided on a specific neighborhood yet. If we do, my son will have to be transferred to a primary school in Dublin. He´s currently in 2nd class, so he would be transferring to 3rd class . I read that Dublin schools are crowded and difficult to get a place in. I´ve already contacted a few schools I´m interested in but haven´t heard back from them yet. My question is this: how exactly should I go about the process of transferring, do I start now to secure a place, or do I wait till we have a Dublin address? I´m afraid it might be too late by then. Thoughts please?
