Three children, term time only 25/08/2021 08:42 - How Much Should I Charge or Pay (Locality: Dublin South) ----------------------------------- Hi, I have been asked to mind three children during term time in children´s own home. Children are 3,4 and 9 months. Oldest two will be at preschool from 9am until 12pm 5 days a week. The hours are 8.30sm until 4pm. I will to the drop of and collection from preschool. I have been offered 600 per week. Is this the going rate?

I think if you had 3 children from different families you would get more but generally there is a reduction when it’s siblings. Make sure you clarify exactly what days you are paid for (some people expect to be paid for midterm etc, others don’t). Also if children are off sick do you still get paid. Who provides food? Just a few things to consider if you’ve not minded before. Best of luck.
