Study Skills Workshops for teenagers with Dyslexia 29/08/2012 08:57 - Dyslexia (Locality: Kildare) ----------------------------------- Dorothy Armstrong will host a 1 hour 30 minute workshop aimed at teenagers and young adults in secondary school who have dyslexia. Booking is essential as the workshop is limited to 8 members. The workshop will cover issues such as: Understanding your own learning style Learning about study techniques that work for you Planning and organising Useful resources.
Dorothy is an Occupational Therapist with a private practice in Maynooth. She has both a degree and a Masters in occupational therapy and is currently studying towards a PhD. She is also a lecturer in occupational therapy at the National University of Galway.
