Request for Healthy Eating Information from the US 29/10/2012 22:34 - Introduce Yourself ----------------------------------- Hi! My name is Suzanne and I´ve just joined the Forum. I am the mother of two children (boy, age 6 and a girl, age 10) and we reside near Charlotte, North Carolina in the United States. I´m reaching out in an effort to get some information for my daughter´s 4th grade school project. She and her classmates have been given a year long research project to complete on a country of their choosing and she chose Ireland. We have already completed the first phase detailing the geography and regions of Ireland. Now, we are interested in how primary students in Ireland spend their lunchtime. We would love to know things like what is a typical lunch for students, where and how long do they have to eat their mid-day meal. My daughter´s school provides meals to the students or they can bring their own while eating in a cafeteria. She wants to know, is this the same for students her age over in Ireland.
