My son is in Senior Infants and has been struggling with reading and blending words. I had meeting with his teacher who says my son may have to be kept back a year. He is getting help. I have another meeting with his teacher on Tuesday. I´m just worried as he has lots of friends and loves school.

How easy is it to be kept back?
