Hi there, where could I find the protocol on the following\\;
If a complaint is made to a BOM regarding a child, /will the parents of that child be informed?

Ask in the school for the complaints procedure. It is usual that if the child is named then the parents will be informed. Very little can be done unless the other set of parents know.
