Please find attached the flyer for The ´No Uniform Day´ in schools throughout Ireland next Thursday 11th March to coincide with the Joint Oireacthas Committee on Education meeting in the Dail to discuss Special Needs Cutbacks.
As parents of children with Special Needs we know only too well how important these services are to our children.
We are calling on all parents to show their support for children with Special Needs to implement a ´No Uniform Day´ on Thursday. If more SNA´s are cut there will be more Special Needs Children in Mainstream classes & this will have a detrimental effect on ALL Scholchildren due to the requirements of the Special Needs Children.
