Hi all.
Just a quick one.
Recently started working for a family with one young daughter in august.
Im comfortable with the money I earn but something i didnt expect has happened.

I told them in interview that I did not expect payment for yearly holidays when they go or when I go.
Eg; they go to spain for 2 weeks - no wages
I go to spain for 2 weeks - no wages

But already they have gone on a 2 week holiday, told me 16 days before they were leaving, have just returned and said they will probably go again for a week in november.

Perhaps I wasnt clear enough but I will leave the position if they do not like what I plan to do.
I want to write them a quick letter that they can read in the eve and discuss.
How do you think I should go about this without coming off wrong.
