I did however have one parent who insisted on paying me half rate for midterm, Christmas and Easter. It is really up to you to come to an agreement that suits both you and the parents before you start minding their child.

I value only working term time as have my own children. If you need full-time work then teachers etc aren´t your target market. Also not every teacher is paid 52 weeks of the year unfortunately either.
