Do your kids have a routine? Have they created it for themselves or have you helped them?

I believe in routines. Routines are very powerful when it comes to mindfulness. Perhaps you will only notice that your kid has become more organized and responsible. What you won´t see is that your kid will gain a more important skill. Routines help kids plan their day and think about their duties and help others do their own thing.
