Personally dont charge bank hols, only cos I dont want to work them...

Hi all, I have recently started to childmind 3 children . 1 in playschool and 2 school going from 8.15 -6.30 four days a week and 8.15-7 one day a week . I have been asked to mind them for the week of the midterm. Should i be paid for the bank holiday or not. How much should I charge for the week to include lunch, dinner and snacks etc. Thanks
