Drop off 9.30 collection 5pm I will be providing all meals and snacks? Also should I have to pay for bank holidays etc?

As for bank hols that something you have to talk to minder about. Everyone different. Some minders like it off so don´t charge but a lot of other minders are available and count it as part of working week. Good luck.
