As your employing a nanny, you need to register as an employer, see revenue.ie...the rate is minimum wage at least....your need for flexible hours, some antisocial, youll need to pay a premium to make job worthwhile. A nanny is most expensive form of childcare in Ireland.
have you considered a childminder...

Hi, I am wondering how much I should pay someone to come into my home to mind 2 kids from 12-6 3 days per week, days vary and odd weekends would be included. I may also require an odd 06:30am start but this would be rare. Kids are almost 3 and an 8 month old. Based west of Ireland. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
