Should I expect to pay a childminder if they are on holidays ?
Do I also pay fir when I am in holidays ?

I dont charge for my days off as parent need to arrange alternative care, but I defo charge for any days child not with me for whatever reason as im available to work...

a lot of minders charge when the parents take holidays.its something you will have to discuss.you could mention half rate.
