Hi everyone,

My name is Leah and I´m currently studying at UCC. As a part of our Final Year Project, we are required to come up with a new food product.

My group and I saw a gap in the market for healthy lunchbox snacks and wanted to solve that problem and make the lives of Irish parents easier. However, we need to do market research to gauge the interest in our concept.
