Hi, Im looking for a good primary school for my twin girls, we live in Ballincollig. Is there somewhere primary school ranking? Also when you should sign up your child to primary school? Im new in Ireland and everyone are telling me that as early as possible as places are very limited. My girls are 17mths now, isnt that too early ?
