Clare Language centre provides the TEFL courses - they also have block courses during the summer - their website is www.clarelc.ie
I think you can also do the TEFL course through distance learning online with Teflonline.com

I was wondering if anyone knows of courses for adults to learn how to teach young foreign national children english as a foreign language, outside the Dublin area.
