Hi There,just enquiring does anybody know what happens in the Ecce scheme starting sept 2011 if a child turns 4 and a half during the free pre-school year ie. Jan 2012,does that mean that the scheme finishes for the child and the parents have to pay for the rest of the year ie. jan-june,any info greatly appreciated,regards kcar
