In the child´s home they LEGALLY HAVE TO Pay minimum wage AT LEAST REGISTER as your employer Give 20days paid holidays per year minimum Give wage slips etc

Is that a normal rate? Do your employers provide perks? I get a week pay at Xmas and that´s about it.
