Christmas Leave

Hi there. I’m new to having a Nanny in house. Just wondering how to treat Christmas leave. My Childminder is paid and we pay PRSI etc. She gets 20 days paid annual leave and 3 full paid sick days per year.

For the 3 days annual leave over Christmas to NY should she take these from
her annual leave allocation or is the norm to give them as paid days off not impacting Annual Leave.
