17/11/2013 10:49 - How Much Should I Charge or Pay
-----------------------------------
Hi,

Just want to know if this is fair enough, I have an offer from a family, 40h/w - €280 (€7p/h), minding two kids, one going to the school (drop off for 0920 and collect at 1420) and the three years old girl during all day. In their home. Bank holidays and mid term holidays not paid as the parents dont work and they dont need childcare, also few weeks during april or may not paid as well as they are on holidays.

Thanks

in their home you should be getting 9 an hour and bank holidays should be paid if mondays are your normal working day, also the general rule would be if parents take the time off and your available to work you should be paid but if you take holidays then u dont be paid so they should pay you for their holidays
