Hi,

I need a childminder two days a week,

My baby is 6months old and I´ll be going back work on Oct 6th,

I do shift work so some mornings I start at 7 and finish at 3, other days are 12-8.15, but wouldnt need someone past 5:30/6 as my mother could take over then,

My boyfriend might also only be working 3days a week so long story short I would need someone whos very flexible with regards hours, it would always be monday and tuesdays, if anything came up, maybe more but hopefully just the two,

Also not 100% on what to pay as is a bit all over the place,

Any help/advice would be appreciated,

Thanks
