She should only have three preschoolers at any one time on a permanent basis ie kids not in national school (unless she tusla registered so five Preschoolers). Majority cmers charge for playschool hours. Average rates for insured environment is €5 for one and €8 when two (as you Dublin it can be as high as €9.50 and even €10 if no sibling discount allowed). Many childminders will charge extra per hour as it´s only four days a week. Fuel and food extra,,, Do check proof of insurance and it´s date as its common for childminders say I´m cover on house insurance but they´ve not informed company so ones kids are not in an insured environment. Same as car, a domestic policy does not cover anyone in event of an accident.

Been quoted 330 Eur per 4 day week to mind my two- one 4 yr old in playschool 9:30 - 12:30 other one 7 yr old in school til 2:30.dropped off at 8 picked up 5:30. Cm minding 3 others in her home.She will provide one meal .Haven´t has this arrangement before so not sure if this is ok?
