Just wanted some advice on what to pay a childminder looking after my 2 year old boy and two other boys (school age), Mon-Fri, 8am -5.30pm in our own home? School collections, meal prep, kids laundry and meals to be done. Childminder isn´t qualified in child care but has a very experienced caring/health care background and is great with kids.
