Child starting preschool next year

Hi There,
Daughter is starting pre-school next year. Childminder has been minding our daughter since she was 6 months old. When she goes to pre-school, the childminder will not be minding her for the full day i.e. instead of 9 hours a day, she will be minding him for 3 hours less (i.e. not from 9 - 12). She doesn´t need to be on call, we´ll handle that. We might need her to drop her off and collect her.
We currently pay €220 per week. What would be a fair price per week when she goes to pre-school. Obviously for weeks when the child is on holidays, we´ll pay the childminder €220 per week. Any opinions welcome. Was thinking €175 - €180 per week. Don´t want to fall out with childminder as she has been very good with her.
