Best primary school near Midleton, Co Cork 04/02/2014 23:47 - Choosing a School / Application Procedures (Locality: Cork) ----------------------------------- Hi all I´m moving to Cobh (temporarily) for a year and then settling in Midleton, so I´m looking for a school for my 10 yr old daughter near Midleton. She´s used to a small country school so I´m looking to know of schools in the country but also near Midleton town too as I don´t want to drive too far..maybe 5/10 minutes out from the town . And preferably a mixed school. Any suggestions would be much appreciate as I don´t know Midleton or surroundings at all!
re : Best primary school near Midleton, Co Cork 05/02/2014 09:02 - Choosing a School / Application Procedures ----------------------------------- Examples of country schools north of Midleton would be Lisgoold and Leamlara; south of Midleton would be Saleens; east of the town is Balintotis, Kilcredan and Castlemartyr. Westwards it´s just the boys´ school (Scoil Muire) and girls´ schools (Scoil Clochar) in Carrigtwohill, as far as I know. Midleton itself has a Gaelscoil (mixed), an Educate together school (mixed), Christian Brothers NS (RC Boys), St John the Baptist NS (mixed - COI), and St. Bridgets NS (RC Girls).
