Hi there

Just wondering if there is a discussion group anywhere with views from those who have gone down the au pair route. I have a 3 year old and am pregnant with no. 2. My son will be in school in 2016. I´ll be back in work post maternity in February/March 2016 and so am considering it as an option for then. Would be great to hear from people about expectations, pay rates and whether they have had a baby minded by au pair. Also how it impacted on family having another person there etc. Have only one perspective so far and advice there is that baby should go to creche part time to not overload au pair. Thanks, Niamh
