My aim is to get the kids interested in sewing again. To teach them how to use a sewing machine. At first they will make very simple things for themselfs. Then take it as far as they wish to go. I live in Carlow but had a summer camp going in Malahide in Aug for 7-12 year olds. With great success. A wide range of media are explored but the child chooses their own theme so your daughter could use her love of fashion as a great theme or starting point. Art classes/Fashion in Wexford for kids 17/09/2007 17:33 - Afterschool Activities ----------------------------------- Hi my daughter is 8yrs old and very interested in art, in particular fashion designing and wants to learn all about it.She´s constantly watching fashion in magazines and drawing her own little outfits. We are in the Wexford area, but in Dublin at the weekends. If anybody knows of any classes she would benefit from.
