I’m an Aromatherapist practicing in Terenure for the last 10 years. Over the past two years I´ve been running aromatherapy workshops with children in a local Dublin Primary school. The feedback from the teachers and the children to these sessions has been extremely positive. They have really enjoyed the literally ´hands on´ practicals associated with the programme. I believe a similar module like this aimed at Transition Year students would be of great benefit in equipping them with advice and tools to help in areas such as relaxation, personal development and exam preparation.
