This is a stab in the dark, like looking for a needle in a haystack, but nothing beats a try. Am trying to trace my grandparents and know that they were married in May 1894 in the lovely Church of The Holy Family Aughrim. My grandmother, Bridget O´ Neill, ( maiden name) Co Tyrone was teacher and I wonder if she may have been employed in St Gabriel´s School, the time frame is correct. I am led to understand that she was Montessori trained. Her husband,James Lynagh, was in the RIC and his address at the time of the marriage was 7 Ross Street.
I have a photograph of a school class, boys and girls, but have no means of knowing if the school is St Gabriel´s. Can you help?
