Why We Love It
This lunch is a life saver when you're making lunch for more than one child. Every child loves fajitas and each child can pick and choose what they would like in their wraps.
Vitamin B can give you more energy and also will help you get a good night sleep. Chicken contains vitamin B and it is high in protein and low in fat. It also contains zinc which is known to be good for your skin.
What You'll Need
½ x Lime
1 tsp x Sunflower Oil
2 tsp x Honey
½ tsp x Died Oregano
1 tsp x Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp x Ground Paprika
4 x Turkey Breasts
1 x Carrot
6 x Spring Onions
2 x Peppers
1 x Pack of Tortillas
Method
Squeeze the lime juice into a large bowl, add a teaspoon of sunflower oil, oregano, paprika, honey and cinnamon. Whisk it.
Slice the turkey breats into strips, as many as you want and then put them in the bowl.
Prepare the veg for cutting by washing it and removing the the ends and seeds. Slice the veg into strips. Heat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6.
Put a tablespoon of oil onto a frying pan. Heat it and when it is heated sufficiently add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or more until brown. Once cooked remove the chicken and place on a plate.
Add the carrots into the pan and cook for around 2 minutes then add the rest of the veg and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Put the tortillas into the oven and place the chicken back on the pan with the veg for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove the tortillas from the oven and add some of the turkey and veg onto the top part of the tortilla. Fold the bottom, then the sides.
