Why We Love It
Making sure kids drink enough water is one of the many struggles when packing lunches. It's easy to give in and simply throw a sugar packed juice in with lunch but with this recipe, you won't have to.
With this recipe, kids get all the benefits of plain old water along with the added nutritional value of whatever fruit you choose to use!

Herb of choice
Mason Jar or air tight container
Water
Method
Refreshingly Tangy - 1 x sliced Orange (with peel for more flavour), 1/2 x sliced lemon, 1/2 x sliced lime, 1/4 x sliced cucumber and 4 x mint leaves. Mix together in jar, add water and leave for two-three hours or overnight for full infusion.
Summer Berries - 5 x Sliced Strawberries, handful of blueberries, handful of raspberries. Mix together in jar, add water and leave for two-three hours or overnight for full infusion.
Delicious Detox - 1/2 x sliced grapefruit, 4 x sprigs rosemary. Mix together in jar, add water and leave for two-three hours or overnight for full infusion.
Cool as a Kiwi - 2 x peeled and sliced kiwis, 1/4 x sliced cucumber, 2 tsp x agave nectar. Mix together in jar, add water and leave for two-three hours or overnight for full infusion.
